How to Enroll


arrow  CURRENT EMPLOYEES

You must enroll during the annual enrollment period: Monday, October 23 through Monday, November 6, 2017.

Prior to enrolling, you can attend a Benefits Enrollment Meeting if you have questions or would like more information about Emory's medical plans and benefit programs. You can also register for the live webinar and submit questions.

Emory offers numerous tools and resources to help you make your benefit selections (see Enrollment Checklist). You can also call the Benefits Department with any questions at 404-727-7613.




arrow   NEW HIRES

You may enroll online anytime during your first 31 days of employment. There may be days when you can't enroll such as payroll run days.

arrow  ENROLL ONLINE

You can enroll online through Self-Service at any computer that has Internet connectivity. To access Self-Service, you will need your network ID and password. If you do not know your network ID or password, call the Libraries and Information Technology help desk at 404-727-7777 (available Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). You can also access online enrollment via a kiosk at one of these campus locations:
