Take Action

Emory's medical plans offer three network options for the Aetna HDHP, Aetna POS Plus and Aetna POS Value plans.

Emory Provider Network (EPN)

EPN providers and facilities give you the maximum benefit available under the plans, with lower co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles. In 2012, only those facilities that are owned by or affiliated with Emory will be considered part of the EPN.

EPN facilities include:

• Emory University Hospital Midtown

• Emory University Hospital

• Emory University Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital

• Emory Johns Creek Hospital

• Emory Adventist Hospital

• Wesley Woods Hospital

• Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (Egleston and Scottish Rite)

• Grady Memorial Hospital (including Hughes Spalding)

EPN physicians include:

• Emory physicians

• Community physicians that have admitting privileges at either Emory Midtown or Wesley Woods.

To locate a participating EPN physician or facility, contact Aetna:

• Go to www.aetna.com/docfind/custom/emory or call 800-847-9026.

Aetna National (In-Network) Providers

Aetna National (In-Network) providers and facilities are part of all the medical plans that Emory offers through Aetna and are part of Aetna’s national network. The co-pays, coinsurance and deductibles are higher than with EPN.

To locate an Aetna (In-Network) physician or facility, contact Aetna:

• Go to www.aetna.com/docfind/custom/emory or call 800-847-9026.

Out-of-Network Providers

Providers and facilities that are not participating with Aetna are considered Out-of-Network. The co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles are the highest, and the costs of services can be higher than both EPN and Aetna National (In-Network).
