New General Enrollment Classes
In addition to many of our current course offerings, we have added several new courses for your development.

Embracing Change:  Change is the only constant in our lives; and yet, most people struggle with adapting to new situations. In this course, participants discover their Change IQ and learn about the phases of change that many people experience when undertaking a new initiative. Using the Embracing Change job aid, participants will learn how tackle and overcome the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Reaching Agreement:   Do you find it difficult to reach consensus among your team or committee? This course focuses on the dynamics of group agreement, and the importance of having everyone’s commitment. It teaches seven techniques for making clear, high-quality decisions that have the buy-in and commitment of every group member.

Launching a Successful Team:  Are you leading a new team or a group of employees?  In this course, leaders learn the process of setting up a team charter, including goals, ground rules, and other important elements of a successful team. The course provides practical, actionable tools to help members stay on track, avoid the problems that plague many teams, and achieve success.
