Dear Emory Faculty and Staff,

We value your opinion!  The Healthy Emory Steering Committee and Play Emory would like to invite you to participate in a survey to help us better understand your overall health and wellness needs as an employee of Emory University.

Your responses will help guide the future of the Healthy Emory Initiative, an initiative that is currently underway to develop a strategic plan to build a culture of health and well-being here at Emory.
