Celebrate Compliance Week @ Emory
Did you know? May 5 – 9 is Compliance Week 2014! At Emory, this means highlighting compliance and ethics. Join your colleagues in showing your support for compliance and ethics by participating in one or more of the following activities. Since a compliant and ethically engaged community is built on trust, participation in Compliance Week is one way you can demonstrate the performance competency of Building Trust!
- Take a quick survey! Earn a small thank-you gift. Your responses are valuable!
- Cook up some Compliance! Enjoy complimentary cookies served up with “recipes for compliance” from the Research Compliance and Administrative Compliance offices.

- Write a short essay for a contest! A $50 gift certificate will be awarded to the winner.
- Learn the unique Emory LENS method for ethical decision-making!
- Online 24/7: To enroll, log in to ELMS at http://www.emory.edu/elms-training/ then Browse > “Administrative Compliance” > “Ethically Engaged @ Emory” – Choose online module.
- Live Classroom: Friday, May 9, 12 – 1:30 PM, 1599 Clifton Road Room 1.432. Wrestle with “right v. wrong” and “right v. right” in morally challenging workplace scenarios.
- To enroll, log in to ELMS at http://www.emory.edu/elms-training/ then Browse > “Administrative Compliance” > “Ethically Engaged @ Emory.” Choose Classroom option. Bring your lunch.
- Plan a facilitated ethics educational session for your department! Email Sarah Putney to request and schedule a session at sputney@emory.edu.
