Emory University Recognized with Health at Work Award  
				      				       For the second year in a row, Emory University has been  recognized as a Silver winner of the Health at Work Award, sponsored by  ComPsych, which honors organizations who promote employee health and  wellness.  Winners were selected for the  comprehensiveness, delivery, promotion, participation and overall results of  their wellness program. 
				      “We applaud Emory for  promoting health and wellness and improving the lives of employees,” said Dr.  Richard A. Chaifetz, Chairman and CEO of ComPsych.  
				      				      Melissa Morgan, Interim Manager of Wellness Programs for the  Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), attributes Emory’s abundance of  wellness programs to the receipt of this award.   “Emory has a number of excellent programs in place to help our faculty  and staff live healthy, from personalized coaching on nutrition and fitness to  wellness fairs, StressBreaks and workshops on Self-Care and Managing Change.” 
				      “With the hectic pace of life and work as well as the stress  of the economy, it is important for our Emory colleagues to take advantage of  the valuable services and resources available through the FSAP to support  taking charge of one’s health and wellbeing,” states Dr. Paula G. Gomes, FSAP  Director.
