New Feature for Managers in Self-Service
As a manager or supervisor, sometimes you need basic information about one of your employees such as their home address, emergency contact information, or even their birthday. There is now a new feature available in Self-Service/PeopleSoft that allows managers to view certain personal information about their direct reports. And, if you have employees who have their own direct reports, you can view information about them as well.
Information you can view includes:
- Home and Mailing Address
- Email Addresses
- Phone Numbers
- Emergency Contacts
- Birthday (Month and Day)
- Person Profile which includes Educational Information
This new feature was designed to make it easier for managers to access to basic information about their employees. You will no longer need to go through your HR Rep or HR office to obtain it.
How to access:
- Log on to Self-Service at http://leo.cc.emory.edu
- Click Manager Self Service
- Under Job and Personal Information, click View Employee Personal Info
- Click Continue and you will see a list of your direct reports
- Click on the name of the employee and click Continue to view their information
