Caregiver Wellness Workshop - Growing Through Grief: Accepting the New Normal

Loss is inevitable, and for caregivers, facing the decline of a loved one’s health/well-being, as well as the death of a loved one, is a difficult journey. This workshop will educate participants on the grief and healing process. Participants will learn to identify resources and skills for coping and adapting to the changes and losses that occur when caring for a person with a life-limiting illness and following the death of a loved one.
