Video Interviewing

Emory Recruiting is pleased to announce a new service available for hiring managers - video interviewing! 
We are partnering with Montage to offer this program as a pilot project through December 15, 2014. The quality of a video interview with Montage is very high -- much better than you would get from other video services such as Skype.

WHY USE THIS SERVICE?
Interviewing out-of-area candidates can be expensive and holding in-person interviews is not always feasible for the hiring manager or the candidate. You should consider using this service to interview when:

• you have an out-of-state candidate
• you are recruiting for high level positions
• you want to save on travel costs

This service will allow you to hold an interview using a mobile device or your computer. Reliable internet connection and a webcam are all you need.

Emory recruiters are trained on how to utilize this video interviewing service and our recruiters are ready to work with your hiring managers one-on-one to ensure a smooth interview process.
