2018 Healthy New YOU Expo…Will YOU be there?

Start your New Year off with a celebration of YOU! The Healthy New YOU Expo, held on January 11, 2018 offers a variety of fun and healthy activities throughout the day.

The EXPO will be held at five different locations across Emory. The main EXPO site has moved this year to the Woodruff Physical Education Center (WPEC) on the Emory University Campus and satellite expos will be held at:

• Emory University Midtown Hospital
• Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital
• Emory John’s Creek Hospital
• Emory Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital

* All the expos will run on January 11 from 10am to 2pm.

The expos will cover a range of topics and provide tools to help Emory employees improve their health. There will be cooking demos, mini fitness classes, meditation sessions, talks by wellness experts and exhibitors from the surrounding communities in the areas of nutrition, fitness, stress management, ergonomics, finance and more. Interactive exhibitors at every site will offer employees a chance to join in the fun if they desire!
