What Is Your Baby Thinking?
Parents often wonder: How does my child learn about the world? What and how do children think and remember? How do they change as they develop? A group of Emory University Psychology Department professors wonder about these things too. They design studies to answer these sorts of questions, and you and your child can help!
Your family is invited to participate in fun and engaging studies that will help us to understand their social and cognitive development. Participation typically involves a one-time visit to the Emory main campus and lasts less than an hour. We provide free parking and are able to provide childcare for siblings. Both weekday and weekend appointments are available and your child will receive a small gift or gift card for participating.
If you have children from newborn through fifteen years of age and you and your child might be interested in participating, please fill in a brief form on the Emory Child Study Center website under the How to Participate link. Registration is easy! Researchers will then contact you to ask if you want to participate in studies for which you and your child are eligible. Please visit our website to register: http://psychology.emory.edu/home/about/child-study-center/index.html
