Staff Fest Volleyball Sign-ups Now Open!
Do you like to compete? Staff Fest Volleyball is the event for you! Refereed games will take place on the Quad from 11:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. We can accommodate 20 teams (limit of 10 players per team; 6 on court at a time). Prizes are awarded to individuals on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams!
HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?
- Get a team together.
- Choose a Team Captain.
- Have the Team Captain register your team to play.
- Practice, Practice, Practice ... then show up to win!
NOTE: Only Team Captains can register their team. One registration per team.

Success with Stress: A Stress Management Workshop Series
We all have stress, but learning how to deal with it can be tricky. The stress management workshops are designed to help you successfully manage your stress. They are free and open to employees of Emory University and Emory Healthcare. Two workshops are offered as webinars, so you don’t even have to leave your desk! Pre-registration is required.

Emory Caregiver Support Program Workshop - Living with Grief: Holding On and Letting Go
Throughout our lives, we live in and through times of grief. Times of loss come our way in expected and unexpected ways. When caregiving for adult loved ones, we experience loss through changes in their physical and/or emotional health, changes in our own routines, death, and other challenges we face as caregivers. Using every day experiences, the facilitator, Lesley Brogan (Embracing Hospice), will lead a conversation about healthy holding on and letting go. Using the moon as a guide for discussion, Lesley will talk about ways we can live with the shifts of grief and life.
