Emory Summer Farmers Markets Embrace Seasonality
The Emory summer farmers markets have embraced seasonality by centering each market around a seasonal fruit. 2014 Back to School Campaign
The Emory WorkLife Resource Center will be kicking off its Back to School 2014 Campaign on July 10th. This year’s campaign includes the return of three outstanding workshops: The College Admissions Process: A Planning Workshop for High School Students & their Parents (July 10, 2014 - 12:00-1: 30 PM), A Guide to Paying for College: Savings, Loans, Grants, Scholarships & Financial Aid ( July 17, 2014 - 12:00-1: 30 PM), and Saving for College: Understanding 529 Plans (July 24, 2014 - 12:00-1: 30 PM). Online Performance Management Training Now Available for Non-Managers
Performance Management for Non-Managers is a new, interactive online course that is designed for non-managers who were unable to take the in-person training class when it was offered earlier this year. It provides a review of the performance management process, including the competencies, tools and other features (including tips for writing an effective self-evaluation). There are two parts to the course (each lasts 30 minutes). To access the course, go to ELMS, log in, click “Search Catalog” and look for “Performance Management for Non-Managers.”
