Individual Development Plans (IDPs): Chart Your Success with an IDP

Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are customized strategies that bridge personal career aspirations with organizational goals. They encourage employees to set clear objectives, develop new skills, and track progress over time. By fostering collaboration between employees and managers, IDPs promote growth, engagement, and long-term success for both individuals and the University.

Emory offers an IDP in two different formats:

  • A fillable PDF
  • A shareable document in the Bullseye Performance Management System
