New Competencies for Leader Positions
A new competency model for performance management has been developed for all Emory University staff people leaders who have strategy, change management and related leadership oriented responsibilities (often, but not always at the Director-level or above).
Mid-Year Reviews Due March 2
- For many at Emory, the mid-year form for the FY20 cycle is due March 2. Those on the academic vs. fiscal calendar may have an earlier due date.
- If you have not completed your mid-year form, please do so before April 15.
- On Wednesday, April 15 all forms will be advanced to the next form in the process: the year-end form.
- Year-end forms are due August 31.
GETTING STARTED
Step 1 – Log into PeopleSoft/Self-Service as needed to make updates to your performance management forms. Schedule your mid-year review and complete by the due date.
