Emory University Employees Encouraged to Complete Organizational Health Index Survey
Emory University is conducting the Organizational Health Index survey to build a baseline understanding of Emory’s culture and identify prime opportunities for strengthening our organization. By completing the OHI survey, employees will help Emory University leadership gain insight into key actions needed to take Emory from excellence to eminence. The results will help shape future initiatives of the "One Emory: Engaged for Impact" strategic framework. In the spring, leadership will share high-level findings from the survey.
In order to gain important insights, university leaders need your candid participation in the survey. All responses are strictly confidential and will only be reported in aggregate. Please complete the survey by Monday, February 4th. By now, you should have received a personalized link from emory@ohi-survey.com. As an incentive, for every completed survey, Emory will make a donation to the Emory Hardship Fund of the respondent’s preference. At the conclusion of the survey, the school or unit with the highest participation rate will receive an additional sum to donate to the Hardship Fund. All responses will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
Note: If you are an Emory Healthcare employee, please disregard this reminder since you have already participated in a recent Press Gainey survey. If you have questions or need assistance, please email Claire Hennessey (claire.hennessey@emory.edu). |
