Time to Purchase Parking Permits for 2014-2015

Faculty and Staff online parking registration for Academic Year 2014-2015 has begun. University Staff and Faculty can log in to https://myaccount.parking.emory.edu using their Emory Network ID and Password.

Annual permits are valid from September 1, 2014 thru August 31, 2015. University employees may select an Annual permit or an Eagle occasional use permit. Permits purchased online must be billed as automatic payroll deduct; permits obtained at the Parking office may be purchased with cash, personal checks, or accepted credit/debit cards.

Annual Faculty/Staff permit: Unlimited use in an assigned deck is $665. Purchased online at https://myaccount.parking.emory.edu, this option costs only $55.42/month and is paid by automatic payroll deduction. The pricing increase - the first since 2011-2012 - equalizes employee and student pricing.

Eagle Occasional Use permit: $100 for 20 swipes in an assigned deck (permit can be reloaded as necessary). The last price increase for this permit occurred in 2010-2011.

There are also permit options for employees who register for any of the available Commute Alternative programs (CAP). These programs include carpool, vanpool, bicycle, walk, drop-off, and public transit. The cost of a permit for participants in a 2-person carpool is only $332.50, or $27.71/month. For employees in a 3-or-more-person carpool, the permit is free.

Secondary participants in carpools/vanpools, or those who use public transit or bike to work, are eligible for a complimentary CO (Commute Options) permit preloaded with 20 free swipes. Additional swipes may be purchased as necessary. Visit us at http://transportation.emory.edu/commute for more information.
