Performance Management – A Year Round Process
As a reminder, Performance Management at Emory is now a year round process. Rather than waiting for the end of the year to complete your performance evaluation forms, you can work on them throughout the year.
GETTING STARTED
- Step 1 – Once you receive the automated email that your PM forms have been created, you can get started. Simply log into PeopleSoft/Self-Service and click on the Performance Management tile. Use the “Start” step to input your goals and responsibilities for the upcoming year. Your manager can then approve them and make them available on the mid-year review form.
- Step 2 – Throughout the year, you can log into PeopleSoft/Self-Service regularly to make updates to your performance management forms. By keeping them updated year round, you won’t forget to keep track of your important accomplishments. And, by the time mid-year performances reviews are due, you’ll already have yours practically done!
