FSAP Launches Fall Groups and Series

The Faculty Staff Assistance Program is launching its Fall Support and Skills Groups in September and October 2009:

1. Grief and Loss Support Group, beginning September 28, 2009
2. Anger Management Skills Group, beginning October 9, 2009
3. Stress-Less Skills Group, beginning September 22, 2009

The Faculty Staff Assistance Program is launching its Fall Life Cycles series in  October and November 2009:

1. Effective Parenting Skills, Wednesday, October 7, 2009
2. Take Charge of Your Career, Wednesday, October 14, 2009
3. Stress-Less Holidays, Tuesday, November 3, 2009
4. Solutions to Basic Budgeting, Tuesday, November 10, 2009
5. Exploring Faculty Retirement Issues: Is There Life After the Academy?, Tentatively scheduled for November 2009
