2019 Summer Internship Program
Emory’s Summer Internship program, facilitated by Human Resources, offers college students who are in the middle of their academic careers a unique opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of Emory University or Emory Healthcare. Designed to last ten weeks (June 3- August 9, 2019), with an option for departments to extend up to twelve weeks (August 23, 2019), each department will need to establish learning objectives for their selected intern and evaluate him/her twice during the program. New System for Reporting Workplace Injuries is Now Live
On January 1, Emory launched a new portal called HOME (Health and Occupational Management at Emory) for managing employee occupational health and safety. Employees and supervisors will use this new system for reporting workplace injuries and other workplace safety items. Many job aids are posted on the HR website to help you navigate using this new system. To access HOME, log in to Self-Service and click on Workplace Health. |

"Your Fantastic Mind" Premieres Tonight On GPB
Tune in tonight for two premiere episodes of Your Fantastic Mind, Emory’s new TV show partnership with Georgia Public Broadcasting. The show is scheduled to debut tonight at 8 PM Eastern time and is hosted, written and produced by the Emory Brain Health Center’s Jaye Watson.
Your Fantastic Mind is the cornerstone of an Emory-wide awareness campaign currently happening across the university and throughout our health care system. The awareness campaign is celebrating the transformative impact of Emory’s national and international role in brain health research, patient care and clinical advancements. Emory’s Annual Camp and Learning Expo 2019
