Getting a health screening is quick and easy! Even some of Emory’s busiest leaders were able to take time out of their day to get screened. Have you made your appointment yet?
Emory’s free onsite screenings provide you with the opportunity to “know your numbers” (blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and height and weight) AND earn an incentive on your medical plan.
To ensure you get the appointment time that best fits your schedule, sign up today at www.hr.emory.edu/screenings or call 1-877-686-6636 (and press 6). You will need your Employee ID to register (this can be found on your paycheck in Self-Service).
Tips for a smooth registration:
Spell your name exactly as it appears on your paycheck. Punctuation in a name can sometimes be an issue.
Ensure you are using your correct Emory ID - enter leading zeros (if they are a part of your Emory ID), e.g. 00001234.
If these steps do not work, then call Summit Health's toll-free number at 1-877-686-6636; press 6 for assistance with appointments. |
