Performance Management Training for Managers
A new Performance Management System is coming to Emory University for FY2014 (for the evaluation period of Sept. 1, 2013-Aug. 30, 2014). Training sessions are currently being offered to Emory managers and supervisors to further the understanding of the new competencies and ratings.
Many university departments and schools are offering this training internally through their HR Reps. Managers, please check with your HR Rep to see when training will be offered. If training is not offered in your department, or you were unable to attend, the training is also currently available as a general enrollment class through HR's Learning and Development Department. Sessions are 2½ hours.
To register for a general enrollment session:
- Log in to ELMS
- Click "Browse Catalog"
- Scroll down and select "HR Policies & Procedures"
- Select the class titled "Performance Management: New Competencies, New Perspective"
