Retiree Dental and Vision
This year’s Annual Benefits Enrollment period for retirees will run through October 24, 2025. During this time, you may add dental and vision coverage for calendar year 2026.
Dental Coverage
As an Emory retiree (from either Emory Healthcare or Emory University) you are eligible to elect dental coverage for you and your eligible dependents during the 2026 Annual Benefits Enrollment period, even if you are not covered by Emory’s retiree medical plan.

Vision Coverage
You also have the opportunity to enroll in vision coverage through the EyeMed Vision Care Plan. EyeMed Vision Care offers a large network of providers including the Emory Eye Center, LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Target Optical and more.
Premium payments for the entire year must be paid at the time of enrollment.

How to Enroll
Read the 2026 Retiree Dental and Vision Benefits Guide to determine if Emory’s dental or vision coverage will meet your needs for the upcoming year.
After reviewing your options, decide if you want to enroll in or make changes to your Emory coverage for 2026. To make changes, complete and submit the appropriate enrollment forms. If you don’t wish to make any changes, you do not need to do anything; your current coverage will roll over.
Forms
All enrollment forms are in Adobe pdf format. You should download the forms and save them to your computer first before completing them.
Once completed, you can either print and mail your forms or send them as email attachments (see below).
- Retiree Enrollment Form (use this form to to make changes to your Dental or Vision Coverage)
- ACH Form (use this form to set up automatic draft payments with McGriff if you do not already have set up)
- Life Insurance Beneficiary Form (use this form to change your life insurance beneficiary/ies)
