Supervisory Series

Learning & Organizational Development, in partnership with the Faculty Staff Assistant Program (FSAP) and Work Life, launched a new Supervisory Series of short sessions to provide tips and tools for topics such as providing feedback, setting expectations, ensuring productivity, motivating employees, cultivating resistance to stress, surviving work-life during a pandemic, and more.

Courses

The following sessions are now available through ELMS as online courses that can be taken at any time. Most sessions are between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
