Meet with an FSAP clinician for an individual consultation to gauge your emotional health and identify strategies for enhancing resilience.

Join FSAP for weekly sessions to help process the emotional impact of ongoing societal stressors and traumatic events with others. These sessions provide a safe space to unpack, share, and discuss healthy strategies for coping while navigating life’s daily pressures.

Anxiety Toolbox Series
Develop skills and practical strategies for preventing and reducing anxiety with this three-session, virtual seminar. The skills you will learn can help you cope, function more effectively, and enhance your well-being.

Anxiety Toolbox Booster Series
Participants who previously completed the Anxiety Toolbox Series can get a refresher with these one-hour sessions to continue to support your anxiety management goals. Sessions will review concepts and techniques learned in Anxiety Toolbox.

The FSAP Refresh
Join us for a 15-minute virtual self-care experience to support your resilience. Sessions occur on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each moth from 4:30 pm - 4:45 pm

Grief and Loss Support Sessions
Quarterly Sessions will be offered to participants who seek support for navigating various aspects of grief and loss. Sessions will also include self-care tips for effective coping. Offered quarterly only.
