IT Support for Retirees
Emory retirees now have access to an Information Technology (IT) Support Team at Emory.
Retirees having issues accessing e-Journals or library databases should contact the Library Reference Desk at 404-727-6861.
For direct assistance involving other IT issues, retirees should contact the University Service Desk at 404-727-7777.

- Connect to the VPN via the web at vpn.emory.edu. Allow uploads to install. Provide Emory credentials to login and connect.

Configure your mobile device for Emory Exchange:
Compromised Account
If your Emory email account is compromised, contact the Service Desk at 404-727-7777 to have your password reset.
Your local IT support will then route to the Emory Messaging Team to remove the block on your mailbox.
