To cultivate belonging at Emory, learning about ourselves and others is an essential first step. Our General Enrollment courses invite employees to take the first step toward creating a more inclusive environment.
Pathways to Inclusive Leadership is a 7-month, cohort-style program designed for people leaders at Emory to expand their confidence, knowledge, and skill navigating the multicultural workplace. To view the program’s SharePoint page, please make sure to log in with your Emory email account.

In addition to our live trainings, employees can access 20+ hours of online, self-paced trainings any time! To get started, sign in to Brainier and browse the “DEI” tag under “All Learning.”
To register for a training, log into Self Service and select Learning Management - Brainier. Then, search for the training you'd like to register for.
