You can search current job openings on our Careers website. Click on Temporary Jobs. To apply for a job, you will need to use our online system to create a profile and submit an application. Emory does not accept paper applications or unsolicited resumes. We encourage you to review the job openings very carefully and apply only for those which you most closely match the skills and qualifications.

Due to the number of applicants, we are unable to accept paper resumes. In an effort to be efficient and fair to all, we require that all applicants apply online.

Regardless of the job, all candidates for employment must pass a criminal background check. Some jobs may require additional screenings such as a drug test and/or health assessment.

Because of the high volume of applicants, Emory Temporary Services Recruiters are not always able to speak directly to interested applicants.

Applying for a job with Emory Temporary Services does not guarantee a response. If your background, experience and/or software scores are competitive, an ETS Recruiter will contact you directly.

It varies. We usually receive temporary requests the day before a department needs someone.

We occasionally have temporary to permanent assignments. Many of our temps also find full-time employment with Emory.

No. ETS temps are not eligible for benefits such as vacation, sick and holiday pay.
