The FSAP Refresh

Many of us are experiencing higher levels of stress and anxiety due to the impact of COVID-19 and societal pressures. To help you manage these higher than normal stress levels, FSAP invites you to join the FSAP Refresh series.

How to participate

The FSAP Refresh takes place on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 4:30 pm - 4:45 pm. Join FSAP for a 15-minute virtual meditation or resilience tip for the day.
