Biography and Specialties
Dr. Mullins joined the FSAP team in 2017 as a Professional Associate and was hired as a full-time Clinician in 2019. Her specialties include couples and family therapy. Her clinical areas of interest are parenting issues, divorce and remarriage adjustment, impact of physical illness on families, and managing neurodiversity concerns within family structures. Dr. Mullins assists couples and individuals with a wide array of presenting concerns that impact work-life integration, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, work stress, and emotional well-being. Theoretical perspectives that guide her work include strength-based, systemic, integrative mental health, Mind-Body, and solution-focused approaches.
