Biography and Specialties

Dr. Gomes joined the FSAP Team in January 2002. She provides executive oversight of the FSAP, which provides a broad-brush approach to employee assistance services.  Dr. Gomes provides direct services in the areas of Team Dynamics, Education and Outreach, and Behavioral Mental Health.  Her specialties include Employee Assistance, Solution-Focused Psychotherapy, Organizational Consulting, Worksite Wellness, Women's Issues, Intimate Partner Violence, Physician Wellness, and Leadership Coaching.
