How to participate:
Sign in to your Sharecare app or create your account at healthyemory.sharecare.com.
Select Achieve > Programs > Unwinding by Sharecare > Get Started Now and follow the prompts to personalize your experience.
Then, complete one mini-session (or more) of your choice.
Track your stress in the Sharecare Stress Tracker for 17 days November 18 – December 15, 2024.
How do I track my Stress in Sharecare?
Each day, sign in to your Sharecare app or healthyemory.sharecare.com and select Track > Stress. Then answer the question ‘How often did you experience stress at home or work today?’ by selecting Never, Sometimes, Often, or Constantly and select Save.
Who can participate and what can I win?
Emory University employees who complete one (or more) Unwinding by Sharecare mini-sessions, track their stress for 17 days in the Sharecare Stress Tracker for 17 days November 18 – December 15, 2024, or participate in one of FSAP’s Inspirations earn a raffle entry.
The more items you complete, the more chances you’ll have to win a weekly prize or bonus prize!
