Feedback Essentials

Feedback Essentials will teach you how to get results through people. In this course, you will learn to acquire a set of proven interaction skills and provide feedback that achieves results.

Course Content

You will discover that feedback can be a powerful tool to help improve performance and will practice identifying effective feedback.

You will be introduced to the STAR concept, a model for providing both positive and developmental feedback, and, in class, you will discuss the importance of seeking feedback.

You will also develop a plan to apply your new skills in your workplace.
