Course Content

Flexibility: You will be introduced to the concept of utilizing four leadership styles effectively: Directing, Coaching, Supporting and Delegating. These four styles consist of two basic leader behaviors, Directive and Supportive Behavior.

Diagnosis: Build skill in diagnosing the competence and commitment of people to the tasks they are assigned. Learn to match your leadership style to the development level of the people you manage.

Partnering for Performance: Learn how to establish goals and objectives with the people you manage. Learn how to reach agreement with the people you manage about which leadership style to use and when.
