Learning Labs
Take time for your own professional development with Learning Labs, courses designed to help you build your skills and expand your learning in a quick and cost-effective way.
What is a Learning Lab?
A Learning Lab is a new format for providing behavioral development of interpersonal skills in a shorter time. The cost is also lower than a normal 4 or 8-hour training session. Each Learning Lab is divided into three parts:
- Part 1 - Assigned course pre-work or an online module (20 minutes)
- Part 2 - An instructor-led, virtual session (2 hours)
- Part 3 - A post course survey (5 minutes)
All parts of the labs must be completed to receive full credit for the course in ELMS. There are labs available for individuals at all levels. Cost varies from $0-$75.
The online portion of the Learning Labs can only be accessed one-week before the instructor led virtual session
