Team Building Workshops
Our teambuilding workshops give teams hands-on, interactive experiences to strengthen collaboration, communication, and problem-solving—without relying on formal assessments. Each workshop is up to two hours and can be customized to fit your team’s goals.
Organizational Change Workshops
These workshops are designed to help teams navigate change more effectively. They can focus on areas such as the change cycle, change communication, or the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) model. Some of these sessions may come at an additional cost, depending on customization and content.
Team Simulations
Our problem-solving simulations are a fun way to challenge teams while improving collaboration:
Lost at Sea (free) – Teams work together to prioritize items and make decisions under pressure, developing problem-solving and communication skills.
Subarctic – A more advanced simulation that challenges teams to navigate complex scenarios in a high-stakes environment, focusing on decision-making, leadership, and teamwork.
Custom Team Exercises
We also create fun, engaging exercises tailored to your team’s interests and needs. These can range from energizers and creative challenges to scenario-based activities that build connection, trust, and collaboration.
