Navigating a Multigenerational Workplace

Today, we have five unique generations each participating in the workplace. In this 90-minute training, we explore the unique strengths each generation brings, fostering collaboration and innovation. Through engaging discussions and practical insights, participants gain a profound understanding of generational differences, dispelling stereotypes and promoting mutual understanding. Equip yourself with tools to bridge generation gaps, enhance communication, and create a harmonious work environment where each age group contributes meaningfully.

Introduction to Neurodiversity

Emerging research suggests that up to 20% of the population is neurodiverse. In this training, employees are introduced to the topic of neurodiversity and discuss strategies to understand, embrace, and uplift the unique strengths and experiences of neurodiverse people. Informed by the experiences of neurodiverse employees at Emory University, this training also offers participants insights on the role of all employees in creating an inclusive workplace for neurodivergent and neurotypical employees.
