Lifestyle Medicine and Food as Medicine Essentials Course
Healthy Emory and Emory WHSC Office of Well-Being (EmWELL) have partnered to offer Emory employees this educational opportunity in partnership with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
About this Course
The Lifestyle Medicine & Food as Medicine Essentials Course Bundle provides a foundational, evidence-based introduction to the field of nutrition, and focused nutrition education for the prevention and treatment of chronic disease.
Participants will learn what lifestyle medicine is, basic nutrition principles, and learn strategies for changing dietary behaviors.

Who is Eligible?
- Both Emory University and Emory Healthcare employees qualify for this opportunity. It is open to all employees (you do not have to be a provider to qualify).
- There is a total of 2,500 licenses available on first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage everyone interested to register at their earliest convenience.
- There is no cost to participate.
- Participants must enroll by August 15 and complete the training before September 15, 2025.

We suggest doing it from your work computer if possible. It makes things easier if you are already signed in. It will take you to the Microsoft log in website.
- Use your Emory credentials to log in. For your email please use the SHORT version (if you are a healthcare employee – it will include your N number, followed by “eushc.org” ). Enter your password.
- It should allow you into the form. Please fill it out and you will see the code at the end.
