Working flexibly means more than telecommuting. It includes a variety of different work arrangements that enable employees to have greater control over how, when, and where they do their work. When done well, flexible work arrangements (FWA) benefit both employee and employer. This online training is intended to provide a practical understanding of what is meant by flexible work arrangements, how job suitability and work performance factor into the approval of FWA, and how employees can achieve success in working flexibly. You can take this course at any time in Brainier, Emory's Learning Management System. Here are the details:
