Five Dimensions of Well-being

Healthy Emory takes a holistic approach to health and well-being, recognizing that many factors influence overall wellness. Our programs and resources are designed to support employees across the following five dimensions of well-being:

  1. Financial: supporting your financial well-being and empowering you to achieve your long-term financial goals.
  2. Emotional & Mental: helping you manage stress, build resilience, and prioritize your mental health.
  3. Physical: promoting a healthy lifestyle and preventing illness.
  4. Social & Community: providing opportunities for social interaction and community involvement and creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
  5. Learning & Career: fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

2027 Incentives

Emory provides the opportunity for eligible employees and spouse who are enrolled in the medical plan to earn rewards for healthy actions through Emory's new Wellness Rewards Program. You and your spouse can choose from a variety of different incentive activities. Both employees and spouse can earn up to $425 in incentives (a maximum total of $425 for single and $850 for employee + spouse).

New for 2027

The wellness platform transitions from Sharecare to AmeriBen Engage and you will have new ways to redeem your wellness incentives. 

STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR HEALTH ASSESSMENT

Complete your annual Health Assessment and earn: 

  • HSA Plan: $50 HSA contribution
  • Permanente: POS and Kaiser Plans: $50 premium discount

STEP 2: EARN POINTS YEAR-ROUND

Redeem up to $375 in rewards annually. Earn points for activities such as: 

  • Preventive care visits
  • Physical activity tracking
  • Healthy habit tracking
  • Sleep and nutrition activities
  • Wellness challenges

Earning opportunities and activity values will be shared in early 2027. 

STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR REWARDS

Use the Rewards Center to redeem your points. Points are not automatically redeemed. Redeem points by November 15, 2027. Rewards are redeemed in $75 increments, up to $375. 

Choose from: 

  • Premium discounts
  • HSA contributions (HSA participants)
  • Gift cards

KEEP EARNING AFTER NOVEMBER 15

Continue earning points through December 31, 2027. 

After November 15, you can no longer redeem points for premium discounts, HSA contributions, or gift cards. Instead, all additional points will automatically be converted into gift card sweepstakes entries.
