From time to time, issues related to job performance may develop. It is the university's intention that these issues be the subject of candid and open discussion with the objective of improvement and prompt resolution.
Progressive Discipline
Performance problems may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of or conflict with university policy
- Job performance
- Other job-related situations
Members of the Employee Relations staff are available to advise and counsel supervisors and employees at any point during the progressive discipline process.
