Class Cancellations
Class enrollment is limited to ensure the effectiveness of the learning sessions and to allow the instructors to give significant attention to each participant's needs. If you feel there is a scheduling conflict, or you are not be able to keep your enrollment commitment, please consider enrolling in the class at a later date.
Tardiness
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a two or four-hour class, or 30 minutes late for an eight-hour class, please note that the instructor reserves the right to ask you attend another session. Tardiness can be disruptive to the instructor and the other participants.
Cancelling
If you are not able to attend a class you are already enrolled in, cancel your enrollment immediately to avoid a cancellation fee. You can unregister in Brainier.
You may also notify one of the Learning & Organizational Development team members.
A $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your department if a cancellation notice is not received within 5 days of the class.
