Behavioral Examples
Most Emory University staff members are evaluated on seven performance competencies. These behavioral examples are provided for both managers and individual contributors for each of the eight competencies.
Leader Behavioral Examples
A different competency model for performance management is used for all Emory University staff leaders who have strategy, change management, and related leadership-oriented responsibilities (mostly those who serve in a Director level position or above and who supervise others).
