Performance Management
Emory University's Performance Management process is designed to facilitate communication between you and your manager regarding your job performance and accomplishments during a specified period.
All supervisors and staff will use the new performance management system, Bullseye Engagement for FY23 annual performance reviews. The new system can be accessed via Self-Service (click "Talent Mgt.")
Emory offers several training resources to help you with the FY23 Performance Management process, including navigating the new Bullseye Engagement system and understanding the new DEI competency.
Performance management at Emory University is a year-round process.

The rating scale provides a consistent basis for evaluating staff performance.
To help guide you in completing your performance evaluations, specific behavioral examples are provided for each competency.
With upward feedback, you can provide feedback about your manager as part of the performance review process.
