National Walking Day

Sponsored by the American Heart Association, National Walking Day is celebrated on the first Wednesday of April. The annual event is a call-to-action to increase physical activity by starting with a 30-minute walk during the work day. At Emory, employees can participate in a number of organized group walks held across the University and Emory Healthcare.
