As one of the nation's most beautiful college campuses, Emory is a great place to walk. Whether you work for Emory University or Emory Healthcare, there are many places to explore.
Campus Walking Tour
All new employees are invited to take a walking tour of campus. Walking tours are led by a Healthy Emory team member. Bring walking shoes. Separate pre-registration is required for the walking tour and employees can sign up for any tour at any time:

Whether you are participating in a walking meeting with a co-worker, joining one of our walking groups or just setting out on your own, Emory has several unique walking areas to enjoy:
Lullwater Preserve
Explore different walking routes within this 154-acre preserve with beautiful trees, green spaces and a lake. The preserve is also home to home to an English Tudor mansion where the university president lives. The Meet Me @ Lullwater Walking Group meets here weekly in the fall and spring.

The tunnel between Emory University Hospital and the Emory Clinic is a great place to walk indoors if the weather is cold or rainy. The tunnel walls are decorated with Healthy Emory thematic murals which include wellness tips and information about outdoor activities throughout Georgia.

Located in the heart of Emory's main campus, the Quad, a beautiful green space, provides a nice, easy walk location that is just within steps for many Emory University and Emory University Hospital employees.
