Healthy Emory Connect: Physical Activity campaign

Make movement a priority and boost your well-being during the annual physical activity campaign. Regular physical activity is more than exercise; it’s a powerful tool for improving overall health and well-being. It can help prevent and manage chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease, while also supporting mental and emotional health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.

During the Move More Challenge, aim to include activities that fit your lifestyle, whether it’s walking, stretching, gardening, or dancing in your kitchen. Physical activity doesn’t have to be intense or time-consuming; it just needs to be consistent and meaningful to you. Record your minutes of physical activity usingHealthy Emory Connect (Sharecare) and earn a medical plan well-being incentive or reward!

And don’t forget to review the content we’ve selected to help you navigate your goals! See the How to Participate section to learn more.
