Service Anniversary Awards
To reward years of service and dedication to the university, the Service Anniversary Awards program recognizes staff members for each five-year work anniversary.
Recognition
For each five year milestone, university staff members receive a certificate, a personalized Yearbook™ and can also pick a gift from a catalog of commemorative and specialty items. Your certificate package will be mailed to your home address. To ensure you receive it, please make sure your address is up-to-date in Self-Service/PeopleSoft (view instructions for updating). To order your gift, you will receive a login and password with your certificate package. If you lose your login information, please contact HR Communications at hrcomms@emory.edu.
Note: All gifts must be claimed within one year of your anniversary date or will be forfeited.
Service Awards Annual Luncheon
25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 year milestones are celebrated at a special, banquet-style luncheon each year. Honorees are recognized by the university president and can invite one guest of their choice (a family member, co-worker or manager).
The luncheon for 2026 will be held on November 19 at the Emory Conference Center Hotel.
