Service Anniversary Awards

Recognition

For each five year milestone, university staff members receive the following to mark their anniversary:

• 5 Year anniversary: employees receive a certificate and a personalized Yearbook™.
• 10 Years and above: employees receive a certificate, a personalized Yearbook™ and can also pick a gift from a catalog of commemorative and specialty items. Your certificate package will be mailed to your home address. To ensure you receive it, please make sure your address is up-to-date in Self-Service/PeopleSoft (view instructions for updating). To order your gift, you will receive a login and password with your certificate package. If you lose your login information, please contact Melissa Morgan at melissa.morgan@emory.edu.

Note: All gifts must be claimed within one year of your anniversary date or will be forfeited.

Service Awards Annual Luncheon

25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 year milestones are celebrated at a special, banquet-style luncheon each year. Honorees are recognized by the university president and can invite one guest of their choice (a family member, co-worker or manager).

The luncheon for 2023 will be held on November 7 at the Emory Conference Center Hotel.

2023 Spotlights

Emory University is celebrating more than 175 staff members for achieving service award milestones in 2023 -- those reaching 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years of service.
