Getting a good night’s sleep is an important part of living a healthy lifestyle, just like eating right and exercising regularly. Through the Sleep Better! Feel Better! Campaign, focus on your sleep, improve your mental and physical health, and earn extra points on Healthy Emory Connect.

About this Challenge

The annual Sleep Better! Feel Better! challenge usually takes place in December of each year, but all throughout the year, you can engage in activities to improve your sleep and earn points on Healthy Emory Connect.
