Getting a good night’s sleep is an important part of living a healthy lifestyle, just like eating right and exercising regularly. Through Sleep Better, Feel Better, you’ll focus on your sleep and improve your mental and physical health.

Record your progress using Healthy Emory Connect (Sharecare) and earn a medical plan well-being incentive or reward!

About this Campaign

Who is eligible?

Sleep Better, Feel Better is open to all benefits-eligible employees, as well as spouses and Pre-65 retirees on an Emory medical plan.

When is it?

Sleep Better, Feel Better takes place from June 24 - August 4, 2024. You may join the campaign starting June 17, 2024.

What are the activities?

To earn your medical plan well-being incentive or be eligible for a reward, you must complete the Get Enough Sleep Challenge and read 4 articles. You can access these activities using Healthy Emory Connect (Sharecare).

Complete the Get Enough Sleep Challenge

Did you know that 1 in 7 Americans don't get the recommended 7-9 consecutive hours of sleep daily? Inadequate sleep can decrease your memory and increase your anxiety.

Log at least 7-9 consecutive hours of sleep for at least 21 days during the challenge in your Sleep Tracker. Enable your automatic sleep tracker to make it easier to track. Make sure you visit the app every few days to sync your tracker.

How to Participate

Join the Get Enough Sleep Challenge

  1. Create an account or sign into healthyemory.sharecare.com
  2. Select Achieve > Challenges, and then look for the Get Enough Sleep Challenge
  3. Select Join and start tracking your challenge activity

Tracking your Progress

  1. Sign into healthyemory.sharecare.com on your web browser or open your Sharecare app
  2. Go to Achieve > Rewards > Healthy Emory Connect

Any completed activities will appear under the "Completed activities" heading and will have a green checkmark next to them.

If you're enrolled in an Emory Medical Plan, you can earn a $75 medical plan well-being incentive by completing the Get Enough Sleep Challenge and reading all 4 articles.

Non-Emory Medical Plan users

If you are not enrolled in an Emory Medical Plan, complete the Get Enough Sleep Challenge and read all 4 articles to earn a raffle entry for a chance to win rewards.
