Fidelity Financial Wellness Checkup

Take the Fidelity Financial Wellness Checkup in 2024 to find out what you’re doing well and what steps you may need to take to improve your financial well-being. Eligible employees who take the checkup will receive a $25 medical plan well-being incentive (see Earn an Incentive or Reward below).

Take the checkup:

  1. You must be registered with Fidelity's NetBenefits in order to take the checkup. If you are already registered with Fidelity NetBenefits (for your retirement savings account), use your existing username and password to access your account. If you have not registered an account with Fidelity, visit NetBenefits.com/Emory, and use these instructions to set up an account.
  2. Once an account is created, log in to NetBenefits.com/Emory. From the Fidelity homepage, locate the search bar at the top, and type in “financial wellness checkup.”
  3. Find the item that says "Financial Wellness Checkup" and click on it.
  4. Click on "Take the Checkup" to get started. You will answer a series of financial questions to get your financial wellness score and suggested steps for improvement.

Earn an Incentive or Reward

Eligible employees who take the Fidelity Financial Wellness Checkup will receive a $25 medical plan well-being incentive. To be eligible, you must be a current Emory University or Emory Healthcare employee enrolled in an Emory medical plan. You must take the checkup between January 1, 2024 and November 15, 2024 in order to receive the 2024 incentive.

If you are a benefits-eligible employee who is not on an Emory medical plan, you cannot receive the medical plan well-being incentive, but you can be entered into a raffle drawing for a chance to win a variety of prizes.
